friendly staff

This place is nice, and has free Wi-Fi, a tv, and an electric kettle. I remember my first stay when the staff offered me a hot drink in the cold. This is a lovely spot, and I'm coming back for a Christmas stay!

Charming small hotel with great wi-fi, the location is best possible in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are well-equipped and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay:)))

Got tasty and delicious breakfasts with deli meats and different pastries, as example. The location turned out to be particularly good, close enough to the center of Interlaken West and train station, restaurants and trips and the train station.

Beautiful surroundings with easy access to transportation.

The room was cramped with little storage space, especially for larger luggage. I was frustrated to find no fridge to store my drinks, and the lack of a proper air conditioning system made the room stuffy at times. The size of the bathroom felt impractically small.

Alphorn looks charming, but don't let that fool you. The breakfast was disappointingly basic, lacking any hot options, and my room didn't even come with a top sheet! As a guest who expected special treatment, I was hurt to not receive a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. Just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.

Best part? Christine's warm hospitality 💖 The location was super convenient, close to the train station and shops. Just found the bathroom a tad small. Perfect for our short stay!

pleasant stay with minor breakfast issues

The welcome gesture, a heart-shaped chocolate on my pillow, made my day. The staff's service shined brightly, especially when Kristin prepared a fruit bowl and croissant after I missed breakfast. The location near the transport hub allowed me easy access to the beautiful surroundings and local cuisine. I felt genuinely cared for, thanks to the warm hospitality.
